Use the printed object for non-commercial educational or therapeutic purposes within a school, clinic, or similar institution, provided no fee is charged for the object itself or as part of a package that includes the object. 2. PROHIBITED USE You may not: a. Sell, offer for sale, or accept payment for this digital file or any physical object produced from it, whether in original or modified form. b. Include a printed object from this file as part of any commercial transaction, including but not limited to: bundling with a paid product, offering as a "free" add-on or incentive with a purchase, or incorporating into a product or service sold to others. c. Share, upload, rehost, post, email, or distribute this digital file or any modified version of it by any means. d. Modify, remix, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from this file for any purpose other than printing a single object for personal use as described in Section 1. e. Use this file, any modification of it, or any object printed from it for any commercial purpose, including fundraising, without prior written permission from Switched Adapted Toys. f. Sublicense, transfer, or assign any rights granted under this agreement. 3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY This file and all designs contained within it are the exclusive intellectual property of Eric Chole and Switched Adapted Toys. No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to you through this agreement. All rights not explicitly granted in Section 1 are reserved. 4. TERMINATION This license is automatically and immediately revoked upon violation of any term in this agreement. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the file in your possession and cease any use of objects produced from it that would violate these terms. 5. LIABILITY AND WARRANTY This file is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Switched Adapted Toys is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use of this file or any object produced from it. You assume all risk associated with printing and using the object. 6. ENFORCEMENT Violation of this agreement may result in legal action, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of legal fees. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. 7.
