INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY This file and all designs contained within it are the exclusive intellectual property of Eric Chole and Switched Adapted Toys. No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to you through this agreement. All rights not explicitly granted in Section 1 are reserved. 4. TERMINATION This license is automatically and immediately revoked upon violation of any term in this agreement. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the file in your possession and cease any use of objects produced from it that would violate these terms. 5. LIABILITY AND WARRANTY This file is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Switched Adapted Toys is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use of this file or any object produced from it. You assume all risk associated with printing and using the object. 6. ENFORCEMENT Violation of this agreement may result in legal action, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of legal fees. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. 7.
