Adapt a toy using this manual and give it away at no charge, provided it is not offered as part of, bundled with, or included in any commercial transaction, product sale, paid service, or fee-based program. e. Share this manual with participants of a non-commercial adapted toy build event, provided the event is free to attend, no fee is charged for participation or materials beyond actual cost recovery, and no adapted toys produced at the event are sold or used in any commercial transaction. All recipients remain bound by all terms of this agreement. 2. PROHIBITED USE You may not: a. Sell, offer for sale, or accept payment for this manual, any printed copy of it, or any toy adapted using the instructions contained in it, whether in original or modified form. b. Include a toy adapted using this manual as part of any commercial transaction, including but not limited to: bundling with a paid product, offering as a "free" add-on or incentive with a purchase, or incorporating into a product or service sold to others. c. Share, upload, rehost, post, email, or distribute this manual or any modified version of it by any means, except as permitted in Section 1e. d. Modify, remix, or create derivative works from this manual for any purpose other than adapting a single toy for personal use as described in Section 1. e. Use this manual, any modification of it, or any toy adapted using it for any commercial purpose, including fundraising, without prior written permission from Switched Adapted Toys. f. Sublicense, transfer, or assign any rights granted under this agreement. 3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY This manual and all content contained within it, including but not limited to text, images, diagrams, and instructions, are the exclusive intellectual property of Eric Chole and Switched Adapted Toys. No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to you through this agreement. All rights not explicitly granted in Section 1 are reserved. 4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY a. Adapting toys involves modifying consumer products in ways not intended by the original manufacturer. You acknowledge that toy adaptation carries inherent risks, including but not limited to electrical hazard, choking hazard, risk of injury, and voiding of the original manufacturer's warranty. b. You assume all risk and full responsibility for any toy you adapt using this manual. This includes responsibility for the safety, functionality, and suitability of the adapted toy for its intended user. c. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any adapted toy is safe and appropriate for its intended recipient, taking into account the recipient's age, abilities, and any relevant medical or developmental considerations. d. Switched Adapted Toys, Eric Chole, and any contributors to this manual are not liable for any injury, death, damage, loss, or claim of any kind arising from the use of this manual or any toy adapted using its instructions, whether used by the adapter, the intended recipient, or any third party. e. This manual is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or safety. f. Adult supervision is required at all times when an adapted toy is in use. 5. TERMINATION This license is automatically and immediately revoked upon violation of any term in this agreement. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the manual in your possession and cease any use that would violate these terms. 6. ENFORCEMENT Violation of this agreement may result in legal action, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of legal fees. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. 7.
